make sure its a healthy careil and top it with fruit. drop the taco and change it for fruit topped with yogurt and nuts or salad or jacket potato with beans, tuna,prawns and salad. or a sandwich turkey, mackeral, beef with a veg in like cucumber, sweetcorn, carrot, tomato. (dont have beef everyday)
